About The Blog
The idea to start a blog was planted in the dark, murky corners of my dorm room. The grand questions about life, purpose, and identity started to spill over, and they needed a place to go. When I turned 19, the website went live.
Over the years, both the blog and I have evolved. This site has become a kind of digital palimpsest—a space where traces of old selves and ideas still linger. If you look closely, you might catch glimpses of them, tucked beneath a phrase or hidden between the lines. When you do, please be kind (they are young and inexperienced).
At its core, She[k] Writes is a space dedicated to the practice of showing up meaningfully. The blog itself is an intersection between personal growth, culture, food, art, and lifestyle. In this community, I hope readers find stories and pieces that help them cultivate a sense of awe and wonder for life. That we are here, in this brief and bright moment in the cosmos, is magic enough to spark change.
Thank you for being here with me, and thank you for letting me be here with you.
If we’re not connected on Instagram yet, come and say hi. Or ask me a question. Oh, and don’t forget to download this helpful (and did I mention free) guide for laying down the structure of what you actually find meaningful. Plan out your day, evaluate, and keep moving forward.
